Armoring Process

COMPLETE END-TO-END SOLUTIONS!

At Trihayani Engineering Works, we pride ourselves on offering the finest and most advanced bulletproof vehicle manufacturing process. This is made possible by our highly skilled Research and Development team, supported by strategic international technical collaborations.

Designing and Engineering

Our dedicated team of professionals begins by designing the materials required using advanced 3D modeling systems. This ensures precision and quality in every aspect of the design.

Testing of Materials

We utilize only the highest quality, globally approved materials. Before incorporating these materials into the vehicle, independent testing is conducted to ensure they meet stringent standards.

Vehicle Strip Down

Each vehicle is stripped down to its bare frame. This thorough process ensures that every component can be properly armored for maximum protection.

Armoring Stage

During this stage, armored lightweight composites are welded into the vehicle’s voids. Any additional weight is managed by adding extra hinges to maintain structural integrity and performance.

Added Protection Under Bonnet

To maximize protection levels, the engine, battery, fuse box, and ECM are all armored, ensuring full protection for critical vehicle components.

Run-Flat Tyres

We install high-performance run-flat tyres, allowing the vehicle to continue operating even if the tyres are punctured or damaged by bullets.

Bulletproof Glass

Transparent armor is installed on the front, rear, and side glasses, ensuring protection against ballistic threats. We also modify the suspension and braking systems to support the added weight.

Wrap-Up Stage

The stripped vehicle is then reassembled, meeting the highest standards of quality armoring and ensuring optimal performance.

Additional Fittings and Interior Modifications

To further enhance security, additional features such as sirens, dual door locks, spotlights, and operational windows can be added as per the customer’s specifications.

Inspection and Test

Before reassembling the vehicle to its fully operational condition, a strict quality control test is carried out to ensure that the armoring meets the required standards.

Final Delivery

Once the vehicle passes all tests, it is delivered to the client, ensuring it’s ready to perform under any circumstances.
